Chief of Staff, Hon. Dr. Julius Debrah represented President John Dramani Mahama at the opening of Africa Oil Week at the Kempinski Hotel in Accra.
At the event, the Government of Ghana, GNPC, Shell and Chevron signed an Acquisition, Exploration and Production Agreement.
