Chief of Staff Hon. Dr. Julius Debrah has called for collective action to achieve a cleaner Ghana, stressing that sanitation is a necessity, not a luxury. Speaking at the Ghana Sanitation and Clean Environment Conference held under the theme “Towards a Clean Ghana: Collective Action for Sustainable Cities, Responsible Production and Climate Resilience,” he said government must lead through investment and enforcement, but citizens, businesses and institutions must also play their part. He emphasized that cleanliness must become a daily habit, not a monthly ceremony.
