Chief of Staff Hon. Julius Debrah Commends Delta Air Lines on 20 Years of Operations in Ghana

Chief of Staff Julius Debrah joined the leadership, staff, and partners of Delta Air Lines to celebrate a significant milestone marking 20 years of the airline's operations in Ghana.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Debrah highlighted Delta Air Lines' contribution to strengthening connectivity between Ghana and the United States over the past two decades. He noted that beyond providing air transport services, the airline has played a vital role in connecting families, facilitating business and investment, promoting tourism, and deepening the enduring relationship between Ghana and the United States.

The Chief of Staff commended Delta Air Lines for its consistency, resilience, and confidence in Ghana's future. According to him, the airline's long-standing presence in the country reflects the strength of the partnership between Ghana and the United States and underscores Ghana's growing importance as a gateway to Africa.

Mr. Debrah further reaffirmed the Government of Ghana's commitment to investing in world-class aviation infrastructure, including the ongoing expansion of facilities at the Accra International Airport. He stated that these efforts are aimed at creating an enabling environment that supports connectivity, trade, tourism, and economic growth.

He congratulated Delta Air Lines on the achievement and expressed optimism for even stronger partnerships and many more years of connecting people, opportunities, and possibilities across continents.
